My name is Asia and I am a 22-year-old self-taught photographer from Atlanta, Georgia (to read more about how I got my start in photography, head over to the “MY STORY” page). I graduated from the University of Georgia in 2019 with a public health degree and when I am not taking or editing pictures, I am working at the CDC as a health communication fellow with CDC-INFO. I also raised a dog through the Guide Dog Foundation named Annie who is now working as a guide dog to someone who is visually impaired.
As an introvert, I can tend to be shy and I DEFINITELY love my alone time but I absolutely love meeting clients and models for new projects. Photography is something that forces me out of my shell and I’m always glad it does. Seeing the ecstatic expressions on my clients’ faces when we finish a great shoot or getting a sweet thank you message after delivering them their finalized photos makes doing what I do worth it.
